What is this Platform?

This Platform is a private, invitation-only deal management platform operated by A & H Ventures (“AHV”), a Registered Partnership Firm incorporated in India. It is not a public service. Access is granted by AHV on a per-deal basis to team members, advisors, and selectively invited counterparties.

Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform:

• Account data — your name and email address, provided when requesting access.
• Authentication logs — OTP request timestamps and verification status, retained for security purposes.
• Activity log — actions you take within deal rooms (e.g., adding participants, generating reports). Used for deal audit trails.
• Deal data — information entered into deal records, visible only to authorised participants on that deal.

Cookies

The Platform uses a single HttpOnly session cookie (ss_session) to keep you signed in for up to 7 days. This cookie is strictly necessary for the platform to function — it carries no tracking or advertising purpose and is exempt from consent requirements under applicable data protection law. No third-party cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers are used.

Who Can See Your Data

• AHV administrators can view all user accounts and deal activity logs.
• Deal participants can see participant lists and deal data only for deals they have been granted access to.
• No data is shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

Account and deal data is retained for the duration of the relevant mandate and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting AHV directly.

Governing Law

This platform is operated from India by A & H Ventures, a Registered Partnership Firm incorporated in India (MSME Registration UDYAM-MH-19-0042697, D-U-N-S 91-322-2609), with its principal office at 119/120 Rex Chambers, W.H. Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400 001. A & H Ventures is not a Private Limited company, LLP, or any other corporate entity. Use of this Platform is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
